In my embroidery studio I work on sophisticated haute couture projects and on my own embroidery artworks, as well as custom-made. While respecting traditions and techniques, I create the finest pieces in all styles and materials.<\/p>\n

In my embroidery classes, I share my knowledge and skills, including my love for the craft. For example, I teach Aari or Kutch embroidery, shadow work or whitework embroidery.<\/p>\n

\u201cIk kwam met borduurwerk in aanraking omdat in negentiende eeuwse kledij vaak met die techniek gewerkt werd en ik dat moest restaureren. Ik heb me daar verder op toegelegd, met opleidingen in binnenland, maar ook in Londen, India en Rome. Nu gebruik ik de techniek ook om kunstwerkjes te maken. Zo heb ik een collectie prachtige insecten in verschillende gouddraad en pareltjes. Alles wordt met de hand genaaid.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>
